Wilton Said… would like to hear what you can bring to the band.  We've been together in one form or another for a number of years releasing CD's and playing live in the Toronto area.  We're a 4 piece with myself on vocals/keyboards, a bassist, and a drummer.  Our guitarist of over 10 years is leaving the band to focus on family and we're looking for someone who is comfortable bringing their own style of playing to our older songs and any future newer material.  While our delivery is a little edgier, it would fit nicely along with artists such as Alice Cooper, older David Bowie, Queen, Rush, Genesis, The Cure and Catherine Wheel.

We finished recording a new 3 song release at the beginning of the year with our previous guitarist, but it needs a remix and some parts need to be rerecorded.  We're also hoping to have some additional material written to augment it into a longer release.  So any material, input etc from anyone in the band is welcome.

We would then focus on playing live shows in and around the Toronto area.

Currently we are rehearsing at my house in the Coxwell and Danforth area.

Over all, we're looking for members who….
- can do regular weekly rehearsals
- who come prepared knowing the appropriate agreed upon material
- who are free to play live shows
- who have their own good working equipment
- are able to do basic promotion for shows on their own social media profiles
- don't have any drug or alcohol issues

The 3 of us are all in our early to mid 40's but we are open to anyone 19 years and older.

Below are 3 audition tracks "Tremble", Endorphin Crash" and "The View".  They feature a variety of sections, moods, dynamics, and time signatures.  Complete identical replication of the parts are NOT required, however melodic riffs, styles and textures are important.
To hear additional music, please take a listen to the songs in the player below.

For more information and/or if you're interested in setting up an audition, please email me via the contact section below.  Also please include a link as to where we can hear some of your playing so we can get an idea of your sound and style.

Thanks
Wilton
